Always super busy at breakfast. Be prepared to wait in line. There's a reason for the line though; their biscuits are really good! Burgers are great. Service is good.
Very nice, safety first, and organized place to work. The people we serve our a pleasure to have. I've only been there a month and I can already spot our regulars in the mornings.
Sunday morning placed order waited over 30 mins to receive HALF our order! They had 4 people running the whole store and were far more focused on operating the drive through than dine in guests. Manager should have been there to help with situation. I feel bad for those working and waiting to be served
Food was average for a Hardee's. I think they have change their biscuit recipe because biscuit taste different. Also they are smaller in size. Customer service at thistle fast food place is slow as with most Hardee's I have eaten at. Their "special" are very reasonable.
Waited 10 minutes for a gravy/biscuit and then got home and the biscuit was half done.
