This was the most Awesome Arby's I've ever visited. The staff was customer courteous to the max degree! The restaurant was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is to be praised and the management is to be complimented. The food was delicious. This was the ultimate fast food experience offered in Toccoa Ga. and above all others I've visited. Hats off!!!
Awesome visit today! Great food, friendly and smiling staff and a very sweet, happy go lucky manager! She definitely made ya feel welcome! Also the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a fast food reataurant! Y'all got it going on! We'll definitely will be back! Enjoy your day !!!!
Don't waste your time and money. I have eaten there numerous times and usually been cheated on the amount of meat in their specialty sandwiches. I used to like their sandwiches, so I kept giving them more chances to improve. They haven't. The last time I ate there, the sandwich was so thin, I deliberately sat down where their indoor security camera could record me taking the sandwich apart and videoing it with my phone. I still have the videos saved as proof. I tasted very small bites of each part and found them to be cold and the grilled onions nasty. I sent the video to the district manager (one wouldn't send but I saved it) and nothing changed. I went back one more time, ordered the sandwich, was severely cheated on the meat again, opened it in full view of their camera, left it on the table without taking a bite, and left the restaurant for good. I will NEVER set foot in the Toccoa Arby's ever again and I would urge you to save your money and go elsewhere for a meal. I only gave it one star because you have to in order to post your comment. Some staff members were rude at times. By the way, there are many other sites that post reviews about this Arby's and they contain many negative comments.
I've never met a Chicken Bacon and Swiss I didn't like. Recently remodeled!
