Horrible! It took over an hour and a half to check in because the manager was not there and the employee working had no idea how to use the computer program. Manager was also very rude over the phone and even hung up on me. Also refused to come to the store to take care of the issue. When we returned the uhaul, he was in the store and didn't even so much as apologize. Use anybody besides them even if it involves going out of town.
Per mile charge is ridiculously high for local rental.
