So much better when it wasn't opened by corporate! I had a higher limit & always same as cash! Now low limit & only revolving credit! Service is not as good either! I miss Herb!
They sold me a used tv, which is fine because it was a repo but they failed to tell me that the cloud service on the TV was already set up by the other owner. The TV broke down as well and i had to repair it myself and they told me they cannot do anything about it because my three month warranty was over. They also threatened that if i decide that i do not want to keep paying for it, they will give me a bad credit report. Lastly, they told me i should be grateful that I got a 65 in tv for so cheap and i should just use it to watch dvds. Ptsh really?? It broke down and i had no TV for 6 months until i had the cash, after making payments to repair it. I won't ever purchase a thing from them. Thankfully a local repair shop fixed it. The motherboard and circuit broke down and the bulb was shot. I can now enjoy it thanks to the repairmen. They said the TV was in bad shape for a while before i purchased it. Whatever now. Oh and since the repairmen put in new parts, i now can use the cloud service. If Badcock will not pay and admit their shadiness, I'll leave this review. A customer should be priority, not just a money sign.
